If you are able to approach therapy with humor and a serious focus to create your change then we can work well together finding answers for positive change in your life. I am Gottman Level III trained and work with couples looking for an evidence based practice approach to improving their relationship. I am EMDR trained since 2020 and able to work with those who are looking to heal their past traumatic experiences and over a decade of experience working with children, teens, and families.
