I welcome individual adolescent, adult, and older adult clients, as well as couples from diverse backgrounds. I am passionate about addressing the effects of discrimination and injustice in the process of counseling. I work with clients presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma-related problems, and addiction/substance use problems. I prefer to work with clients who are motivated to make changes. I specialize in working with older adults and clients with trauma or addiction-related concerns. I have also received advanced training in Gottman-focused couples therapy. I also have experience in crisis/disaster mental health, clinical supervision, and working with adolescents.
