I offer experience, perspective and professionalism from work with people experiencing a wide variety of life challenges, problems, mood and emotional disorders. I view these issues from a cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapy model, helping people find solutions, make changes and experience improvement in the areas of their life and relationships where they are seeking change. I've worked extensively in trauma, porn addiction and recovery, including couples therapy where one or both of the partners are in recovery and/or struggling with addiction issues both substance and process (eg gambling, pornography).
