Joel is therapist and clinical group therapist. Joel specializes in working with teens, young adults, men, & educational professionals. He uses CBT, DBT, ACT, and values-based approaches, which help clients confidently assess their options and make choices as they navigate through life stressors and transitions. These approaches provide awareness and tangible skills clients can use immediately. He is a certified ADHD counselor, and works with teens and adults to help establish a healthy relationship with ADHD.
