With over 20 years of experience in mental health, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through many of life’s challenges and transitions. I believe that everyone has the capacity for healing and growth, and my role is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where I can meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be. My approach is warm, collaborative, and honest. I draw from evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help you build insight, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful change.
