I am dedicated to building a trusting therapeutic connection with each client as an individual, working collaboratively to identify one’s needs in a safe, compassionate and empathetic space. There are so many challenges in life, and it can be overwhelming to seek and ask for help. I strive to make that process easier and open doors for help and connection. I am passionate about supporting individuals struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, chronic illness, and other barriers that may be negatively impacting one’s emotional well-being.
