All that each of us have learned and inherited in our lives carries an ongoing legacy. Manifestations of history in the present can be both indicative of strengths in addition to adaptations that may not feel sustainable or desired in the long run. I work to create an environment in which thoughts can be put into words, and emotional truths can come alive and be understood. My practice offers group therapy in addition to individual therapy to support patients in learning more about themselves and in building new skills. Interpersonal process groups can offer a unique opportunity to work on feeling and communicating effectively with others in real time.
