My ideal client is someone who’s carried heavy emotional weight—trauma, depression, anxiety, socio-cultural and/or identity struggles, or feeling unseen. They’ve been strong for others but haven’t had space to heal. Many come from diverse or marginalized backgrounds and want real relief, clarity, and the freedom to break patterns and understand themselves. They want a safe place to speak openly, be fully themselves, and feel genuinely heard and supported.
