With over 20 years of therapeutic experience and training, I help people truly understand, trust, and communicate their emotions, needs, and desires. Our feelings provide vital insight into what needs our attention, but life's experiences and our early imprints can train us to ignore our inner wisdom, compromise our truths, or hide from ourselves to avoid getting hurt. By silencing these parts, we miss out on building the life and relationships we want. I believe our greatest opportunities for healing happen in relationship, and therapy can be that safe, compassionate space that inspires new discoveries and creates lasting change.
