Howdy, I'm Joey! I offer individual therapy for adolescents (10-17) and adults (18-70) experiencing trauma recovery, grief and loss, relationship struggles, anxiety, and depression. Therapy is never one size fits all, we all come to this space for different reasons, in different ways and it's important for me to honor that. I view myself as more of a follower or explorer in therapy. One where you and I are exploring your life and navigating difficulties to uncover meaning and finding direction for life.
