My passion for mental health is rooted in a commitment to helping individuals feel seen, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. As a first-generation Puerto Rican therapist, I bring cultural awareness and sensitivity into the therapeutic space, honoring how identity, family, and lived experiences shape emotional well-being. I enjoy working with clients who are curious, self-reflective, and open to exploring their inner world. I create a therapeutic space that is affirming, culturally responsive, and collaborative. I work with individuals from the LGBTQIA+ and Latino/Hispanic communities and commonly support concerns such as anxiety, stress, depression, intergenerational trauma, and college-related challenges.
