I am a National Certified Counselor. I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Silliman University and Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University, New England. My experience includes working with individuals, couples and families from different cultures and backgrounds dealing with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma and grief and loss. I use a person-centered approach to get to know my clients more and to build rapport. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I believe the therapeutic relationship is especially important and create a space for my clients to feel safe and comfortable.
