Johanna is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been in practice since 2020 with LifeStance. She has a Masters in Education in Counseling Psychology from Rutgers-Graduate School of Education and New York University. Johanna uses a multi-modal approach to therapy and utilizes such interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral, Insight oriented/Psychoanalysis and Value and Commitment Therapy.
