Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I’ve had the pleasure of practicing for over 10 years. I enjoy helping people become the best versions of themselves. I believe in allowing my clients to guide me while teaching them how to ride the waves of life's difficulties. I believe everyone has the answers they are looking for within themselves; I am only a sounding board designed to guide. In our first session together, we'll start with getting to know each other. What brought you here? What are you needing or looking for? This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Over the last 10 years of providing therapeutic services in multiple settings, I have found that the most helpful piece of therapy is relationship. I believe in creating strong rapport with my clients as that is the foundation of growth.
