No experience in art is necessary to benefit, you only need the willingness to express yourself and engage in the creative process. I use art therapy in counseling with those who are seeking to process anxiety, stress, trauma and more. As your therapist, I will work with you to ensure that you feel safe and validated while we build the therapeutic relationship and process challenges with art therapy. Not into art? Not to worry, I also offer traditional talk therapy!
