I am often described as energetic and warm. I am the therapist for you if you are looking for a human who has a passion for trauma healing and is willing to work at a pace that is right for you. I believe in the power of validation, that every person has strengths, and that no one is beyond healing. My primary treatment approaches are EMDR and CPT, evidence-based approaches for treating trauma. I believe in building strong rapport with clients and using the tools that work best for each individual. We will work together to identify which types of therapies are right for you and identify measurable goals.
