I work with adults and families who feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in repeating patterns that affect their relationships and daily life. Anxiety, chronic stress, and unresolved trauma can make it hard to feel present, safe, or understood. Many of the patterns my clients struggle with—people-pleasing, emotional shutdown, reactivity, or hyper-responsibility—developed as a way to cope. Together, we work to gently understand these responses and create new ways of relating that feel steadier, more connected, and more supportive.
