I am not accepting new clients at this time. Many times, life transitions and unresolved trauma can make us feel like there is no way out. It can be overwhelming. But it does not have to be like that. As your therapist, I can provide a supportive nonjudgmental space for you to explore and resolve issues related to past trauma or present moment challenges. I am trained in Internal Family Systems, and I am certified in Sensorimotor psychotherapy, and EMDR. I use these modalities to support individuals to resolve past trauma, or to present moment issues. I am currently offering EMDR intensives.
