There’s a quiet courage in wanting to understand and face yourself more deeply. I specialize in working with adults navigating complex trauma, drawing from my Austrian roots in psychoanalytic tradition as well as my background and training in the arts. I’m attuned to how early environments, cultural forces, neurotype and personal history intertwine in ways that shape how we move through the world. Many people who seek me out are reflective and curious about their inner life, wanting both depth-based and practical strategies. I work to offer an accepting space where inner processes can unfold with more agency and coherence.
