Many of my clients come seeking clarity on why they feel the way they feel, what's getting in the way of their goals, and how they have established patterns of relating that do not serve them. Others struggle with long-term mental health issues, trauma or crisis. I work with clients to solve problems and diminish symptoms by exploring the roots of their troubles. Through my training and careful listening, I empower my clients to create lasting change in their lives through the insight we gain together while providing a safe space to connect and experience relief.
