Hello, my name is Johanna Torres, and I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I specialize in working with adult females experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, family conflicts, and past trauma. If you find yourself overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with panic attacks, emotional dysregulation, or experiencing the brain fog that comes with dissociation, or if you are simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself and are motivated to improve your life, I am here to help. Together, we will explore these issues, develop strategies to achieve your goals, and start healing. I provide a calm and empathic communication style, using active listening and understanding of the behaviors, beliefs, and core values of the clients. I will provide a safe space for my clients where they can feel free to talk about their feelings, problems, concerns, or situations to someone who will listen without judgment.
