If you are suffering in any way, I would love to help. Together, we can work to identify and treat the root causes of your suffering. Therapy literally saved my life, so I'm extremely passionate about helping those in need. I know how awful it feels to suffer from trauma, depression, an eating disorder, OCD, you name it. I also can attest to how much better and easier life feels when you get to the other side. It's the difference of surviving versus thriving. My empathy drives my work; I care deeply about my clients. My therapy is client-centered, non-judgmental, down-to-earth, warm, and authentic. I'm very flexible and accessible. I will help you overcome the difficulties that are ruling your life and heal the root cause. Unresolved trauma will continue to manifest in some way or another until it is resolved, so let's resolve it!
