I practice from a systemic, attachment and emotion-focused lens. I am LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming, and am open to working with individuals of all ages, relationships of all configurations, and families of all varieties. I am passionate about supporting couples, families, and individuals in their pursuit of growth and fulfillment. I utilize a collaborative approach with each of my clients and seek to empower you as you create new patterns for living within the systems and social constructs you reside in–whether that is in your relationships, family, gender, work, or culture.
