I specialize working with people struggling with relationships, whether romantic, familial or professional. I've learned the client should always be the focus and I am here to service your needs. During our first session, we will identify your most pressing issues and set goals to address them. My approach focuses on quick improvement that can turn into lasting change. I'm knowledgeable in many modalities and able to use whatever approach is needed to help you solve your problems. Therapy is best when the counselor and client can talk as equals but with different roles to play, rather than an expert teaching a student.
