I have experience working with a wide variety of individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. I have a special interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, who seek understanding and assistance with developing various skills and resilience. And I am affirming in my work with members of the LGBTQ+ community. I am considered someone who deeply values being seen, understood, and affirmed. I provide services to any and all individuals within the state of Nebraska and offer telehealth services to all potential clients.
