Through my own experiences with grief, suffering, and healing, I’ve been led down a path of self-discovery—one that continues to evolve. Along the way, I’ve come to deeply value the grounding power of mindfulness, yoga, and meditation. These practices have shown me that no matter what you’ve been through, it is possible to find moments of calm, clarity, and meaning. As a therapist, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating life’s many challenges.
