My name is John Benton, LCSW. I have 35 total years of counseling at-risk teenagers, families, and/or adults from many ethnicities and backgrounds. I offer non-judgmental empathy to all who seek help. I use a holistic, strengths-based approach, with expertise in DBT treating those suffering from Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). I also use CBT, Exposure Therapy, and other techniques to help clients achieve success in treatment.
