My eclectic, therapeutic approach is to treat each client uniquely, while providing the support required to empower & attain a full and productive life. I help my clients bring themselves to a level where they are able to function productively and move forward as they author their own changes. Life can sometimes be difficult and there are times when we may need help to navigate our way through it. Therapy can guide us to understand ourselves, to reflect on and make sense of our experiences and to give us the resources to cope with challenging and unpredictable circumstances.
