I am currently working as a post-doctoral fellow, specializing in OCD, anxiety, phobias, and depression. Many of my clients describe thoughts or feelings that disrupt their lives by intruding on their experiences and becoming the focal point of their days. Our work will focus on returning agency back to you and away from these intrusive thoughts and feelings. My therapeutic approach prioritizes collaborating with clients to identify their specific goals and values. We will explore the relationship between thoughts, behaviors, and actions and work together to create a plan on how best to achieve growth and positive behavior change.
