Hi! Congrats to you for taking the first step towards obtaining a better understanding of self and where you want to be. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been engaged in the mental health field for over 15 years in a wide spectrum of psychological environments serving individuals of all ages. I have helped many individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship/family issues, LGBT issues, formerly incarcerated individuals, and other needs that do not always fit neatly into a specific area. I am a veteran and have experience helping fellow veterans and law enforcement officers.
