Hello, and welcome! I work with: Males, females, LGBTQIA+, teens, adults, aging, victims of DV, substance abuse, families, couples, cross-cultured client, and first responders. I work with a wide range of mental health complexities including but not limited to: Addiction, ADHD, anger management, anxiety, depression, impulsivity, bipolar disorder, co-dependency, life coaching, men’s issues, OCD, race related issues, self-esteem, DV, divorce, family conflict, spirituality, trauma, and vocational stress.
