The trauma limits your capacity to move on to the next chapter and hold you back from creating your preferred life story. The trauma does not get the final say on how you live your life. What if I tell you that you are able to reclaim that life you have always wanted, as you get in touch with your strengths and values in a safe space to create your solutions and build hope. You are the author of your story! Let me help you write it. You tried to manage the effects of trauma but you do not have to carry it all alone. I provide skills to build your coping toolbox and strategies to relieve symptoms and support needed changes. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+, trauma survivors, teens, adults, and couples. I’m trained in EMDR, Trauma Resiliency Model and Narrative Therapy.
