"Life is not what we accomplish, life is what we overcome". I have been in the mental health profession for over 20 years. My practice style is a goal oriented, client centered, behavioral therapist with specialized training in Gestalt therapy. My specialities include relationship/couples, family therapy, anxiety and depression, addictions and co-dependency, stress and anger management, work related issues, intimacy and shame issues. I also provide Christian counseling as well as other issues of spirituality. I work with the adolescent and adult population.
