I’m John Carroll and I am a Mental Health Counselor (MHC-LP) practicing under supervision at SYNC Psychological Services, PLLC. I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating life transitions, identity exploration, grief, anxiety, depression, and substance use. My clients often feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about the future. They seek greater self-understanding, clarity, and meaningful change. I strive to create a supportive space where we can explore challenges together and move toward growth, understanding, and deeper connection with yourself and others.
