I work with you to go "behind the scenes" of what lies underneath your thoughts, feelings and actions that has caused the problems you're experiencing now. My work focuses on helping you move from feeling stuck to becoming empowered to overcome personal life challenges and conflicts within yourself or with others. As a licensed clinician I bring over 20 years' experience and training that will come to bare in our work together.
