I am a licensed mental health counselor who believes in using a positive therapeutic partnership to help you create the change you are looking for. Over the past 10 years, being a mental health advocate and practitioner has allowed me to work with a variety of ethnic/cultural backgrounds, genders, and people of all ages. My passion has been focused on helping others who experience anxiety, depression, major life changes, stress, and trauma. Our work together will be focused on you achieving your goals and removing barriers to your personal success.
