Life is a long and difficult journey. At some point, we all face challenges ( whether personal, relational, cultural, situational, or spiritual) that can leave us feeling confused, overwhelmed, or even knocked off course. When we are at most vulnerable times, seeking help can feel like the hardest thing to do. But therapy can be one of the most powerful and life-changing investments you make in yourself. It certainly was for me decades ago. I see therapy as a process rooted in trust-building, empathic understanding and mutual endeavor to reach therapeutic goals.
