My name is John Choquette, and I earned a master's degree in social work in 2006 and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I am a good listener; however, I am very interactive with clients and offer many tools and homework to aid in symptom reduction. I am a very interactive with my clients and employ use of Evidence Based Practice methods mainly based in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also use Motivational Interviewing when indicated.
