Currently accepting new clients for tele-health and in person. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I provide cognitive behavioral, strength based and solution focused strategies to children, adults, and families. I focus on building a strong rapport in order to help best. My past working experiences have been in the community mental health and the public school settings. I have training and experience in substance abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety and grief. I enjoy working with athletes to help improve performance.
