I am an independently licensed psychotherapist dedicated to helping adult individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and support. I specialize in anxiety and depression, and have expertise in addiction, aging, serious illness, and moral distress. I believe in a client-centered approach where we work together at your pace toward meaningful change. I integrate different therapeutic modalities tailored for your needs. I received my Masters in Social Work at Columbia University and have inpatient practice experience at acute-care hospitals.
