I utilize an attachment-focused ,experiential, and neuroscience-based approach. Traditional talk therapy is incapable of creating deep neurological change and often becomes the impediment to doing so. Through an understanding of neuroscience, neurobiology, and neuroplasticity, I am able to assist clients in accessing their innate healing capacities, which leads to true symptom resolution, rather than symptom management. Each individual is endowed with an internal Core Self that is their greatest resource for transformation and achieving their full potential intellectually, relationally, emotionally, and spiritually.
