I understand the apprehension in seeking therapy and counseling. I also understand the importance of obtaining therapy in a safe and non-judgmental environment. There are times when we all face a need to seek counsel and professional therapy with someone who is able to relate to your struggles. My clients are provided a safe and understanding environment; an environment where we are able to focus on "solutions". My experience includes working with children, teens and adolescents in the schools environment and in my private practice; teaching them positive coping skills to address anger management issues. I am trained in EFT and EMDR and has been successful in healing survivors of trauma and victims of either physical, emotional or sexual abuse. In addition, EMDR is used to treat clients diagnosed with PTSD.
