As a dedicated practitioner with more than 20 years experience, I bring a level of empathy and caring to all of my patients. This, along with my training at New York University and in Schema Therapy (a powerful experiential, cognitive, and behavioral approach) combine to offer deep healing for my patients. People who contact me are looking for better ways to cope with issues related to self-esteem, depression, anxiety, past trauma, narcissism (in others around them and in themselves) and/or unsuccessful life coping strategies. They are wanting to live and work in more fulfilling ways.
