There are times in our lives when we realize that we are not happy and that we are struggling with uncomfortable feelings, anxiety, or depression. We may not know what to do with our feelings and how to feel better. We may be unsure about a relationship. We may not know what we want out of life or even who we are as a person. It can feel like we are stuck and that we are not sure how to move forward. We are looking for someone that we can trust who will listen intently, who will truly understand what we are experiencing, and who will guide us down a new path. I have over 25 years of experience as a clinician working with diverse clients. I work collaboratively with clients to help them express their feelings and understand the deeper meanings behind them, including how we can become stuck in patterns from our past that prevent us from moving down a new path.
