I use an eclectic approach meeting each client where they are at and developing a treatment plan and approach that works for them. I work with clients and provide with guidance toward their goals. I have over 18 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have training and experience as a psychotherapist and a behavioral health consultant. I have training in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), somatic therapy, EMDR, and have also been trained in other evidence-based practices. I have experience treating patients with mental health and substance use disorder.
