Greetings! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in CA. I completed my bachelors and masters degree in Psychology from Vanguard University in southern CA. I help adults 18-and-up learn new ways of responding to difficult thoughts, feelings and relationships in order to live life in a way they'll be proud of. My goal is to help you experience life fully while responding skillfully and effectively. In our first session together, we'll get to know each other by my providing a brief introduction about my existence in the world followed with our covering the present context of your life and the main issue prompting you to seek therapy. I'll explain my way of helping people to make sure it's something you can buy into.
