With over 30 years of experience, I have helped many Couples and Individuals navigate the complexities of life and find a path to healing. My approach integrates Biblical principles and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients. I became a Counselor in answer to a call from God in my life and this has helped me in my own journey.
