I work with symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, phobia, stress, spiritual concerns, and with Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP) and empaths, ages 12 and older. I’ve worked for over 40 years as a counselor with a Doctorate in Human Development Counseling, authored five books, and led many workshops. My passion is helping you reclaim your true self and evolve further. Our work gets to the root of the symptoms to relieve the influence of past trauma, allowing you to move forward more skillfully and empowered. I meet you exactly where you are—no shoulds, no judgment. Each person has experienced trauma that shapes how they see and respond to life. I draw from CBT, mindfulness, hypnosis, NLP, Gestalt, dream work, transpersonal, existential, and somatic therapies. I also hold certifications as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Master, and Reiki Master (Usui).
