People just want to be happy. So I help my clients learn how to be healthy as individuals and how to have healthy relationships, too. It's been so rewarding for me to work with individuals and couples for the past 25 years. We explore how to be healthy physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This wellness checklist can be applied to individual growth and healing, and to couples in marriage counseling, pre-marital, or relationship counseling as well. During this process, counseling addresses the symptoms, while therapy addresses the causes.
