My focus is on the treatment of trauma, and how trauma manifests itself in each of my clients' lives. Untreated trauma often shows itself as substance abuse, depression, compulsive overeating, or compulsive sexual behavior. Trauma and substance abuse may make it difficult for us to make vital life transitions and transformations. We get stuck... so to speak. If this sounds like you, I want to provide a safe space to explore your concerns. I have both weekday video sessions and live Saturday sessions available. I primarily use Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to treat trauma.
